Grant Funded Initiatives

Collaborating with multiple stakeholders on initiatives, working to raise awareness, engage, and reduce barriers to care. These objectives were successfully achieved for ASOs by developing, leading, and managing technology products, including self-service kiosks, effective community outreach and resources, marketing initiatives, and provider-facing content development.

Programming - Clinical + Community

Managed inpatient health facility programming, including scheduling and coordination of educational programs. Led the development of new patient-centered programs during COVID-19 to improve patient and program needs. Collaborated with care teams on treatment plans, risk assessments, and patient satisfaction surveys to ensure quality care and compliance. Developed operational workflows and partnered with clinical departments to set program goals and track outcomes.

Organization Strategy + Workflow Development

Organizational strategies for C-suite executives were optimized by streamlining workflows and implementing Agile project management methodologies. This included developing and managing CRM and EHR systems using platforms such as Zoho One, enhancing efficiency, accountability, and resource allocation. Quality assurance measures were also integrated, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and improving overall operational performance.
